Poland & EU27: Pay Transparency Directive Transposition Deadline 7 June 2026

EU Directive 2023/970 must be transposed into national law by 7 June 2026 across all 27 member states. Polish implementing act not yet finalised at run date. Employers with 250+ employees: gender pay gap reporting becomes mandatory for calendar year 2026 – first report due 7 June 2027.

Poland’s 2026 minimum wage (PLN 4,806/month, PLN 31.40/hour for civil contracts) and the updated ZUS minimum health contribution of PLN 432.54 (from 1 February 2026) are already in force.
