Singapore – Progressive Wage Model (Retail) Guidance Updated

Ministry of Manpower (MOM) refreshed its Retail Progressive Wage Model guidance page last week, reiterating role-based PWM wage floors and compliance criteria tied to the Progressive Wage (PW) Mark. While rates themselves are longstanding, the page update is an official compliance cue for payroll sizing of base pay and allowances by role.
