Singapore – Retail Progressive Wage Model (PWM) wage floors rise from 1 Sep 2025

The Government accepted TCR’s recommendations for retail PWM. A three-year schedule runs 1 Sep 2025 → 31 Aug 2028; from 1 Sep 2025, the entry-level monthly PWM floor moves S$2,175 → S$2,305 (hourly S$11.41 → S$12.09). Additional wage requirements apply for overtime hours.
