The Fair Work Ombudsman confirmed a 3.5% increase to the National Minimum Wage and award minimums from the first full pay period starting on or after 1 July 2025 (to $24.95/hour or $948/week for NMW). Separately, the Australian Taxation Office confirmed the SG rate increases to 12% for salary/wages paid on or after 1 July 2025 (even if the pay period straddles June/July).
