BACKGROUND
Pandemic had put the world to a halt. During the same time, one of our multinational clients from the electronic systems sector was aiming to operate internationally despite the total shutdown.
CHALLENGE
During the Covid-19 lockdowns, the client still wanted to operate internationally.
A Recruitment drive along with other HR services became a major challenge to the internal HR team.
