SSH Key Renewal Notice

    Key Renewal Overview

    To maintain the highest standards of security, we regularly update the SSH keys used for secure server access and data transmission. All users must ensure their systems and automation scripts reference the current authorized public key to avoid access issues or service interruptions.

    Important Dates

    • Acceptance (Test/UAT) SSH Key Replacement Date: Feb 1, 2026
    • Production SSH Key Replacement Date: Feb 1, 2026

    Both new keys will be available for download from our client resource center ahead of their respective activation dates. Please update your server configuration and automation appropriately to prevent access disruption.

    IMPORTANT: Effective from 2026, all newly issued SSH keys will be configured with a default expiration period of one year and must be renewed annually

    Client Action Required

    • Replace the old SSH public key with the new key by the dates indicated above.
    • Coordinate with IT administrators and application owners to update all configurations and documentation.
    • Failing to update the key by the specified date may result in denied access to servers and automation failure.

    Security Reminder

    IMPORTANT: Always verify the fingerprint of the new SSH public key through a secure, out-of-band
    channel before installation, especially if the key was received by email or downloaded from a website.
    This helps prevent man-in-the-middle and spoofing attacks.
