When I was a child, I remember taking apart toys to see what was inside.

After university, I joined Mercans as a junior developer and started working on HR Blizz. This is one of the reasons I seem to understand the product better than anyone else.

As a product, it ishighly efficient and amazing. The idea behind it is simple, which makes it so effective. Payroll is the core element, and we add combinations of pay elements to make it configurable. It’s part of what makes it so appealing to clients. It’s amazing how fast we’re growing!
My impact on the business
As a systems engineer, I work on how the systems work, their configuration, how they can be easily extended, and so forth. Using technology, I design how things should work and fit together. My work is essentially on the system’s backbone. As part of the system architecture, we are the nervous system.
If I could be anything
Playing video games and playing Discgolf (my new hobby this summer) would fill my free time. Playing the lottery, cooking some Chinese food, or playing football professionally (such as a front position in Real Madrid) are a few things I would do if I knew I would not fail.
Where do I see the payroll industry in the next five years?
My prediction is that there will be no major changes. The number of employees we handle has increased significantly. The payrolls of 500 employees will increase to 5,000 in the next five years, and over the next five years, it will exceed 50,000. Automation will replace repetitive work. Overtime payouts should be taken into account. Traditionally, this is managed manually, but our system allows us to automate it. The Benefits & Requests allows users to upload requests (such as medical benefits and dentist appointments).
