HMRC’s August 2025 Employer Bulletin confirms that from July 31, 2025 employers can report a PAYE disputed charge via a new online form, and from Aug 31, 2025 HMRC helplines/webchat will no longer accept dispute submissions. This changes the process for payroll-related PAYE disputes.
