Libya – Social Security Contribution Percentage Change

On 1st of June 2022, the Libyan Ministry of Finance issued a resolution to modify the social security contribution rates.

The contribution rate has been increased for all nationalities including Libyans but Pakistanis are exempted. The increase is as follows:

In September 2022 the Libyan Private sector and foreign companies were also included in decree to increase the contribution rates
