Key Responsibilities

  • Certified Six Sigma Black belt
  • Strong experience in streamlining the payroll process either for an in-house large organization or a service provider organization. Experience in multi-country payroll is a must.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Strong delivery and project management skills
  • Should have worked with a multi-cultural environment and multi-country team members.
