Client is one of the largest global technology companies in the payment solutions industry with headquarters in New York, USA. Operating as a network of member firms with over 24,000 employees across 210 countries globally, client provides digital and innovative mobile payment solutions to its customers.
This client has previously worked with 20 vendors across the EMEA region, and in some countries, was supported by 4 – 5 vendors addressing different aspects of service. This has changed and today, it is supported by Mercans across 16 countries as their sole service provider.

Successfully deployed a fully-compliant ESS which addressed leave management, expense reporting, online payslips as well as time and attendance management. This single dashboard provided deep insight into earnings, deductions and benefits management. It also delivered dynamic reporting to management, which aided in delivering a more transparent view of the state of the business.
