Algeria – Income Tax Rate Changes.

The government of Algeria has announced changes to the personal income tax rates. The new rates, that are effective from 1 January 2022, were introduced in the Finance Law of 2022.

  • The revised personal income tax rates in accordance with the law are:

  • The non-taxable food benefit-in-kind, that does not require supporting documentation, has increased from 50 DZD to 400 DZD per month.
